Acl Physical Therapy Before Surgery Sudden Pain 5-weeks After ACL Surgery?

Sudden pain 5-weeks after ACL surgery? - acl physical therapy before surgery

5 weeks I had my ACL repaired (hamstring graft, meniscus is not working or not). I followed my plan of physical therapy background and everything went well until about 2 days. I sit at my computer to do homework for about 4 hours, and when I woke up, my knee was very stiff. I do not think anything about it because I had before, if it had been folded over a long period of time, recovered. Since then, however, my knee hurts when I stand up and put weight on it while it is true (especially if their weight in the heel with your right knee. The pain is comparable to the pain I had after my departure gate ACL, even though I never heard a pop and felt like my knee slipping. Should I worry that I again tore my ACL?

I believe sincerely doubt it. I hope that this movement is trying to see if I stop the pain. Get up and keep the injured leg at the knee as straight as possible. The heel about 6 inches of soil. Slowly lower himself by using his good leg until the leg outside of the heel touches the ground took place. Return to starting position and repeat until you 10 to 15 of them, and then rest for 1 minute. Repeat the cycle the same way twice, then invest the remaining positions of the legs. Try now, as do many repetitions as possible in each series. After the last turn and move the knee to feel freer and have more strength in him. To do this, at least twice a day.
