Ds Memory Kaart Is R4 The Only Ds Memory Chip Card Thing?

Is r4 the only ds memory chip card thing? - ds memory kaart

I wonder whether the revolution is of 4 for the DS is the only card on the market?
I remember when I went to Korea, there are other adapters, but I do not think that they all R4.
