Waxing/buffing my new paint.? - waxing new paint

I painted my car a month and I need some advice on the polishing and waxing the new color. Should I buff? Can I buy a hand fan, but as a shock absorber? The recommendations for the wax products? What can you tell me is appreciated. Thanks
